Strangers in one’s life

Sometimes a wandering soul comes and you are so comfortable talking to him/her that you feel like as if you folks know each other since ages. Those wandering souls I call *strangers*. With every passing hour you become such a good friend that want to share even what you ate in the lunch hahhaha 😀

Albert Camus, in L’etranger said that:

“I opened myself to the gentle indifference of the world.”

While opening yourself to the indifference one can feel so light you have got no idea. Whatever we choose as a topic for discussion make you share your view points and sometimes or I may say most of the time the stranger is reflection of your own self. For me stragers are worth talking to. And twitter provided me platform to interact with too many of them and some of them are now my really close friends 🙂

Sometimes a stranger becomes your role model. You want to talk like that person; you want to be cynical like that person. Yes oh yes mind that stranger s influences one’s life so much that consciously or unconsciously you become novel and unusually better person.

Simon Van Booy, in Love Begins in Winter: Five Stories

“Love between strangers takes only a few seconds and can last a whole life.”

Well I guess Simon Van Booy is right the love and feel of sharing good memories and bad memories can make strangers close enough just like best friends.

But the best quality of the strangers is that they are so not bound to you. They come and go keeping your secrets in their hearts.  Well in that I’m the one of the good type of the stranger no offence. Hahaha :p

Well quoting M.E. Kerr;

“Strangers take a long time to become acquainted, particularly when they are from the same family.”

Yes, I agree they become friends like the one very close.

Quoting a local writer Mustansar Hussain Tarar he said that;

“Safari dosto ki eik khoobi hoti hai k jitni dair mein achay lamhat apas mein banto, or buray zindage k waqaiat bantanay ka waqt anay lagy to unka or apka sath khatam ho jata hai”

Translation: The quality of those people who do the journey with you is that you discuss every happy moment with them and when the time comes to share the bad happenings of life there and yours company ends at some stop.

I guess he is right. I too give quite a lot importance to strangers without giving any attention whether it’s a good thing or not. Comparing the life as the journey; I guess yes it’s absolutely right that mostly with strangers we love to share the happy moments but as life is a long journey so we share some  bad memories to but yes that’s how life goes on…
